Cook 4 split chicken breasts in broth. Debone, skin and cut into pieces. De-fat broth. Need about 2-3 cups for sauce.

Cook chopped kale, or broccoli and some sliced carrots, celery, onion, and reserve liquids for sauce.

Cook enough pasta to cover the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 inch glass baking pan. Lay cooked veggies on top of pasta and chicken over that.

Make sauce with 1 can cream of chicken soup with broth and season with pepper, 1/2 tsp. thyme and poultry seasonings, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp. butter. Mix well and thicken with cornstarch if necessary. Pour over veggies, pasta and chicken.

Preheat oven at 350º. Bake for about 1 hour until light brown.
