1 med. turkey
1 lb. butter
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
black pepper (as desired)
red pepper (as desired)
salt (as desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and clean turkey. Place in roaster. Stuff with butter, celery, bell pepper and onion. *Do not add water at anytime.
Turn turkey on breast; let bake for 1 hour. Turn on back and bake. Continue to turn 3 to 4 times until brown. Baste with 1 stick of butter or margarine. Do not cover. Roast about 3 hours at 350º.
*Season all over after stuffing.
