5 large apples cut in bite sized pieces (I like Jonagold or Golden Delicious)
4-5 c. of grapes, halved
8 full sized Snickers bars cut in bite sized pieces
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 tsp.clear vanilla
1/2 - 3/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla and sugar and mix well - sugar should be dissolved. Next, add Cool Whip and blend again. In a large serving bowl, place bite sized pieces of apple, Snicker pieces and halved grapes. Fold cream cheese mixture in the fruit. Enjoy!

The first time I had this salad, my sister-in-law Tina Anderson had made it for a holiday meal and it was delicious! My family loves this and could sit and eat it like a bowl of ice cream! Adjust the sugar and vanilla amount to your liking. I have used reduced fat cream cheese and it was still good. Yummo!
