Streusel Kuchen
1-1/2 sticks of butter or sweet cream margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
Dash of salt
3 to 3-1/2 c. flour
3-1/2 tsp baking powder –or- 1 envelope Dr. Oetker
1 c. milk

Topping
4 c. flour
1-1/2 c. sugar
3 sticks of butter or sweet cream margarine (softened, not melted)
Dash of cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Streusel Kuchen
Mix butter, sugar, eggs & dash of salt until creamy. Add flour and milk (alternating). Add baking powder last, mixed with some flour. Butter (2) 13”x9”x3” pans, spread the dough

Topping:
Mix together ingredients, and crumble over top of cake
