1 c, water (70 - 80 degrees)
1 T. sugar
4 1/2 t. butter or margarine
1 t. salt
3 c. bread flour
2 1/4 t. active dry yeast
1 c. cooked white rice, cooled & patted dry
Directions:
Directions:
In a bread machine pan, add the first 6 ingredients. Select basic bread settings. Just before the final kneading (alarm may sound), add rice.

*Note - can add rice along with all the other ingredients at the start of the bread machine's cycle.
