2/3 c. water (70 - 80 degrees)
2 T. white vinegar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 T. sugar
1 1/2 t. salt
3 c. bread flour
2 1/4 t. active dry yeast

In a bread machine pan, place all ingredients in the order listed. Select basic bread setting.

**Note - doesn't raise as much as other yeast bread
