1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup ketchup (BBQ sauce or salsa is good too)
2 tbsp. water or milk
1 envelope onion soup mix
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Press mixture into glass dish, about 8 x 8, cover.
Microwave for 15 minutes at power level 8.
Makes 4 servings.
