1 c Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 c sliced strawberries
1 c Pecans, toasted & chopped
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 small bunch fresh basil, julienne
1 head iceberg lettuce, sliced into discs

Directions:
Directions:
In a small pan combine balsamic vinegar and honey, bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes, or until reduced by half. Lay lettuce disc on plate and drizzle with cooked vinegar dressing. Top with the remaining ingredients, add basil last.

We had a cooking class with the youth at Peace and made a full meal, this salad was easy to make and delicious. We also made Chicken Saltimbocca, Easy Cheesy Risotto and Individual Strawberry Trifle, which are all included in this cookbook.
