Ingredients:  
1 c flour
11/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbl corn meal
3 tbl shortening
1 egg
3/4 c milk
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Mix in corn meal. cut in shortening. Add egg and milk stir until blended. Dip hot dogs in mixture and fry in 365º grease until brown. Makes 14 corn dogs.
put popsicle sticks in hot dogs before coating them.
