1 cup margarine
1 chopped onion
2 cups celery chopped
1/4 cup parsley
12 cups dried bread crumbs
1 tsp poultry seasoning
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp thyme
4 cups chicken broth


Directions:

Melt butter sauté onions, celery, parsley,
Pour over bread crumbs add seasonings toss together
add enough broth to moisten
add eggs and mix well.
Pat lightly into slow cooker cover cook on high 45 minutes
low for 4-5 hours
I add chicken broth as it cooks.
