2 c elbow macaroni
1 1/2 c scalded milk
2/3 c dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 c shredded Colby cheese
1/4 c melted butter or margarine
3 eggs, well beaten
3 Tbsp chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 Tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until barely done. Drain and turn into greased 12 x 8 baking dish. Pour scalded milk over dry bread crumbs. Stir in shredded cheese, melted butter, eggs, green pepper, parsley, onion, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over macaroni and bake at 325º about 45 minutes.
