1 pkg. golden pound cake mix (betty crocker or any brand)
1 c sour cream
2 tbl poppy seed
1 tbl grated lemon peel
2 tsp lemon extract
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Lemon glaze(see below)

Directions:
Grease or line 18 muffin cuts. Mix all ingredients, except glaze. in large bowl until well blended. Fill cups 1/2 full. Bake about 30 minutes at 325º. Cool 10 Minutes remove from pan. Cool completely. Drizzle with glaze.
GLAZE
3/4 c powdered sugar
2-3 tbl lemon juice
mix until smooth
