1 boneless pork loin (about 2 1/2-3 lbs)
1 can cranberry sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1 tsp. dried mustard
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 Tbs. cornstarch
2 Tbs. cold water
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place pork in slow cooker.
2. In medium bowl, mash sauce, juice, mustard and cloves. Pour over roast.
3. Cook on low 6 - 8 hours.
4. Remove roast and keep warm.
5. Skim fat from juice. Measure 2 cups of juice, adding water if necessary, and pour into saucepan.
6. Bring to boil over high heat.
7. Combine cornstarch and cold water to make a paste and stir into gravy. Cook and stir until thickened.
8. Slice pork and pour gravy over slices. Season with salt, if necessary.
