2 c soft butter
1 cup plus 2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 1/2 cup flour
Sugar to roll cookies in

Directions:
Mix all ingredients and set aside uncovered for 24 hours at room temperature. Roll in balls in sugar and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
