Directions:
Place chicken, celery, bouillon cubes, and seasonings in large pot and fill 3/4 full of water. Bring to boil and lower heat and simmer about 20-30 minutes until chicken cooked through. While chicken cooks, prepare Potpie noodles. When chicken cooked, remove from pot onto plate to cool. Add carrots to pot. Alternate layers of potatoes and noodles and cook covered over medium heat for 20-30 minutes. Remove chicken from bone and shred. Re-add to pot and simmer for about 15 minutes. Prepare Bisquick dumplings as on label. Add to pot and cook as per bisquick directions.

I usually make double batches of both Potpie noodles as well as Bisquick dumplings if feeding a large group.
