1 cup sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup margarine
3 eggs beaten
1 package pecan halves
1/2 tsp.. Vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare 9" pie crust.
Preheat oven to 375.
Blend sugar, syrup, margarine in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Blend hot mixture slowly into eggs. Stir in pecans, vanilla, and salt. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 40 minutes.
