2 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
8 eggs
sausage or ham - about 1 lb.
1/2 c. canned milk - small can
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
9x9 dish
Grease dish with butter.
Sprinkle half (1/2) cheese over butter. Break eggs in pan and pierce to break BUT DO NOT MIX. Lay sausage over eggs. Pour milk over everything. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Cover and let set overnight.

Bake at 350º for 25-30 min.
Can use sausage or hamburger - cooked
