4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Wisk until mixed (there should be small lumps when you're done).

Preheat a lightly greased frying pan. Pour a 1/2 cup of the batter onto the pan, while trying to spread mixture as thin as possible.

After a couple of minutes when the bottom side is lightly brown, flip crepe and cook for another couple of minutes.

Place cooked crepes on a plate and cover with a large pot lid to keep warm.

Serve with syrup, fruit, whipped topping, or whatever else your heart desires.
