Thinly sliced boneless chicken breasts
12 oz. sliced mushrooms
bread crumbs
1 egg
1/3 cup chicken broth
Mozzarella Cheese Slices

Directions:
Directions:
If chicken breasts are thick -- slice in half lengthwise.

Salt & pepper one side of the chicken breast.

Dip chicken breast in egg wash and then in seasoned bread crumbs.

Fry in oil to crisp up each side (approximately 2-3 minutes per side).

Place sliced mushrooms on bottom on casserole. Lay fried chicken on top of mushrooms. Cover with mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. Add 1/3 cup chicken broth to baking dish.

Bake in oven at 350 for 25 minutes.
