12 oz. frozen or canned corn
15 oz. black beans, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup green onion, chopped, including tops
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
14 oz. Pace mild salsa
1/4 cup wine vinegar dressing

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the corn, black beans, celery, onion, and cilantro. Mix well. In separate bowl, combine the salsa and wine vinegar dressing and whisk to combine. Pour over the beans mixture and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
