Blend together:
2 c. warm milk
3/4 c. instant potato buds
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 egg yolks

Dough:
5-6 c. flour
1/3 of a half block fresh yeast (or equal pkg. amt.), dissolve in 1/2 c. warm water.

Directions:

Put flour in large mixing bowl, make a well in the middle. Pour blended mixture into well. Mix thoroughly. Add dissolved yeast, mix well. Let rise 20-30 minutes.
(**dough must be like very thick pancake mixture or loose cookie dough).
Roll 1 tsp. dough into ball. Roll in four, grease ball, set on cookie sheet. Let balls rise. Make hole in center of ball, fill with fruit filling. Top with 1 c. flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 Tbsp. butter. Bake 10-12 minutes at 400. When removing from oven, brush outsides with butter so they don’t harden.
