1 lb. mild Italian sausage
3 c. cubed ham
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 large onion, diced
3-4 stalks of celery, chopped
4 carrots, peeled and diced
1 green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. dried parsely
3-14 oz. cans kidney beans or mixed beans
1-14 oz. can tomato sauce
2-14 oz. cans diced tomatoes
1-2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp.Tabasco sauce
2 bay leaves
1-2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sausage to remove excess fat and cut into bite size pieces.
Brown sausage and ham in large , heavy soup pot. Drain.
Add all other ingredients and add just enough water to cover.
Bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer.
Cover and continue to simmer for 2-3 hours.
Serve with crust bread and enjoy.
