1/2 tsp. all spice
1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.

Precook ribs, let cool. Spread a generous amount on meat and rub. Mike likes to grill until rub hot and rub starts to caramelize.
