1 large Napa cabbage (suey choy), chopped
1-2 bunches green onions, sliced
1-2 packages chicken or original flavored Ichiban noodles
1 c. slivered or sliced almonds
1/4 c. butter

DRESSING
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. soya sauce
1/3 c. sugar
1 package of flavoring from Ichiban soup (add to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Place chopped cabbage and green onions in large salad bowl.
Melt butter and add crunched noodles and almonds to a fry pan and stir until slightly browned over medium heat.
Remove from heat and cool on paper towel.
Add browned noodles and almonds to salad.


DRESSING
Shake all dressing ingredients in a jar.
About 1/2 hour before serving, pour desired amount of dressing over salad and toss
