1 pork roast, around 3 pounds
apple juice
2 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crock pot.
Add apple juice so it covers about half of the roast and seasoning. Cook on low 8 hours.

One of the simplest crock-pot recipes ever! Comes out very tender and juicy. I love to make this in the fall and winter.
