12 jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
1/3 cup white wine
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped sundried tomatoes packed in oil
1tsp butter
1/2 cup fresh basil

Directions:

Heat oven to 350
Season shrimp with a bit of salt and pepper
Heat oil over med heat and sauté shrimp 1 min per side. Transfer shrimp to a baking dish and bake about 7 mins, till cooked thru.
While shrimp bakes, add garlic to the pan the shrimp was sautéed in, and cook for 30 seconds then stir in wine, lemon juice and sundried tomatoes. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until reduced by two thirds.
Swirl in butter and basil over low heat, season with salt and pepper.
Serve reduction over shrimp.
