7 lbs. rhubarb, cut fine
6 lbs. sugar
juice of 4 oranges
peel of 2 oranges, grated
1 lb. raisins, cut fine
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rhubarb and sugar. Mix and let stand overnight. In the morning add juice of oranges, peel of oranges and raisins. Boil rapidly until it begins to jell. Add walnuts; let boil up. Can in sterilized jars. Can also be used as a cookie or cake filling.
