1 c. maple syrup (dark)
3/4 c. water
3 1/2 c. sugar
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 bottle Certo
Directions:
Directions:
Combine maple syrup and water. Add sugar and lemon juice; mix well. Bring to a boil. Add certo and boil 1 minute longer. Put into hot jars; seal. Process for 10 minutes in hot water bath.
