1/2 c. raisins
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. molasses
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. All-Bran cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Pour buttermilk over raisins in bowl. Add sugar and molasses. Stir well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix only enough to take up flour. Bake in medium size bread pan that has been greased.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

This is another winner from Lorene Elford. Mother made this often when I was growing up. Easy, low fat and high fiber! It is better after it sits for a day or two. Can refrigerate. Slice thin and spread with cream cheese.
