Puffs:
1/2 c. clam juice (add water if needed)
1/4 c. margarine
2 eggs

Filling:
1 can (8 oz.) minced clams, drained
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. garlic powder

Directions:

Heat clam juice and margarine until it boils. Add flour and beat until ball forms. Remove from heat and beat in 1 egg at a time. Drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet. Bake at 350* until puffed and golden brown. Cool. Combine filling ingredients and fill puffs. Heat in oven at 350* for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
Filling:
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
To freeze:
Fill puffs and freeze in plastic bag. To serve, place on cookie sheet and bake at 350* for 15 - 20 minutes.
