Jello Candied Popcorn Recipe

10 C popcorn
1/2 C butter
1/2 C sugar
1 3 oz. Jello
1 T corn syrup
3 T water
1 t flavoring
1/2 t baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Pop popcorn, then place in the oven at 250º while prepping candy (I put it in a roasting pan). In saucepan, mix butter, sugar, jello, corn syrup, and water. Boil for 4 min, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and add baking soda and flavoring. Pour over popcorn. Bake at 250 for 35 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes until done.

I always double this recipe, and use a 6 oz jello box. I also spray the spoon with cooking spray (or rub olive oil on it) before stirring the popcorn. It gets sticky!
