1/2 lb ground beef
1 T oil
1/3 c onion
1 clove garlic
3oz green chilies
1 1/2 t chili
1/2 t oregano
8oz tomatoes
1/2 t salt
3/4 c water
1 1/2 c minute rice
2 T parsley
2 slices American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in oil; add onion and saute. Add garlic, saute 15 seconds. Add chilies, chili powder, oregano, tomatoes with juice, salt and water. Break up tomatoes and bring to a boil. Add rice. Stir, cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and place cheese on top.
