Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour 1/2 of the batter into a greased 9" x 13" baking pan and bake 15 minutes at 350º. Meanwhile, unwrap caramels and place in saucepan with margarine, melting slowly over low heat. Add milk as it's melting. Stir well. When cake comes out of oven and caramels are completely melted, evenly pour the caramel mixture over the baked cake. Pour rest of batter over caramel mixture. Finish baking 30 - 35 minutes.

* Add chocolate chips with caramel on top.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
* Did not specify if the caramel on top was extra un-melted caramels or if it was melted caramels. Also, no pecans were listed as an ingredient which is usually in turtle candy.
