1 cup of sifted icing sugar
1 small unbeaten egg
5 tbsp soft butter
3 tbsp milk or cream
4 tbsp sifted cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
Place all the ingredients in a bowl following the given order. Stir with a spoon, then beat with a hand beater until creamy. Refrigerate until it is a thick creamy consistency. If you use a large egg add another 1/4 cup of icing sugar.
