1lb ground beef
1/2 c bread crumbs or rolled oats1/3 c onions, minced
1/4 c milk
1 egg
1 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
Sauce:
1 c tomato sauce
1/4 c brown sugar
1 T prepared mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and shape in 1 inch balls. Melt 1/2 c shortening in large skillet and brown meatballs. Remove meatballs from skillet and pour off fat. Mix last three ingredients and cook slowly for 10 minutes. Pour over meatballs.
