6 piece bacon
2 potatoes, washed and cubed
2 cans clams
1 pint whipping cream
1 quart half and half
1/2 cup finley chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp. Drain, crumble and set aside
Drain clams, reserving juice
Place cubed potatoes in a large pot, add reserved clam juice and enough water to cover potatoes
Cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender
Add onion, clams, bacon, whipping cream, half and half parsley and salt and pepper
Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes
