5 celery ribs
2 avocados (med-large, not too ripe)
cilantro (to taste)
olive oil (drizzle)
fresh lemon juice (to taste)
salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut celery and avocados into bite size pieces and add to a medium sized serving bowl. Roughly chop cilantro and add to taste. Drizzle mixture with olive oil and add lemon juice. Add salt and pepper. Toss carefully.
