2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c bread crumbs
1 1/2 oz mushroom gravy mix
2 T butter
1 c orange juice
1/4 c water
3/4 c sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Combine neat, eggs, crumbs and 2 T gravy mix. Shape into 20-24 meatballs. Brown in butter, drain off fat. Transfer meatballs to platter. Combine remaining gravy mix, orange juice and water with pan drippings. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Return meatballs to skillet. Heat. 10-12 servings
