3/4 Pound Broccoli Florets
1 Pound Carrots (thinly sliced)
3/4 Pound Angel Hair Pasta
2 Cups Spinach
1 Cup Zucchini (sliced)
1 Cup Mushrooms (sliced)
1 Cup Green Onions (sliced)
2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
2 Cups of Vegetarian Broth
3/4 to 1 Cup Dried Tomatoes ( chopped Fine)
3 Tablespoons Capers (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to boil for pasta . DO NOT ADD PASTA YET.
In boiling water add broccoli and cook until broccoli turns bright green and is slightly tender when pierced, About 1 Minute.
Remove Broccoli from water with a slotted spoon and set aside.

Add carrots to boiling water. Cook until carrots are tender when pierced. about 6 minutes , DO NOT REMOVE carrots ,add Pasta and Spinach leaves to Boiling water. Cook until Pasta is just tender . 2 to 3 minutes. Drain pasta and Vegetables well, keep warm.

In a nonstick Skillet , lightly brown Zucchini, Mushrooms ,Green Onions,and Garlic. Add Broth , Tomatoes, Bring Mixture to a Boil over High Heat; reduce heat to keep warm.
In a Large serving bowl , combine pasta-vegetable mixture and sautéed Vegetable mixture,Broccoli, and capers. Serve on Individual plates.
