1 lb ground beef
4 slices cheese
salt pepper
tomato sauce with mushrooms

Directions:
Shape beef into 8 thin patties. Top 4 with cheese. Cover with other 4. Press edges together. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.Brown on both sides. Pour on tomato sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Serves 4.
