1 1/2 Cups Water
1 Cup seven-grain Cereal
1/4 Water
1 cup Chicken like Seasoning
1/2 Cup Onions (Chopped)
1/2 Cup Carrots (shredded)
1/2 Cup Zucchini. ( shredded)
1 Tsp Dried thyme
2 Cups Cooked Brown Rice
10 ounces of soft tofu OR 1/2 Cup Egg Whites
2-4 Slices of Whole Wheat Toast OR Sprouted Grain Bread Toasted and Then Crushed into Bed Crumbs
1/4 Cup Walnuts (Chopped )
1-2 tsp of Sage
1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1. In a small microwavable bowl, Combine 1 1/2 cups of water with the Seven-Grain cereal. Cover and cook on high for 5 Minutes. Grains should be softened.
Let sit to cool while preparing the remaining ingredients.

2. In a large nonstick Skillet over medium heat,stir together and heat the water and Chicken-like Seasoning, Add the Onions,Carrots,Zucchini, and Thyme; cook stirring frequently for 4-5 minutes or until the Vegetables are tender and the liquid has evaporated.

3. In a large mixing bowl mix together the sautéed vegetables, softened grains,rice and Tofu or Egg Whites, toasted bread crumbs,walnuts,garlic powder,and Sage, Mix Well. If Mixture is to
Thin to form patties,add more bread crumbs to thicken patties mixture.

4. Shape into 3-inch Diameter patties that are 1/2 to 1 Inch Thick .

5. Spray the Skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place it over Medium heat. Add the Patties and Saute for about 5 Minutes per side, or until Golden.
