1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups of cracker crumbs, divided
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 Tablespoons butter
1 pint oysters with 1/2 cup of oyster liquid
1 (16oz) can of whole kernel corn, drained
1 (2oz) jar of diced pimientos
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste


Directions:
Directions:
Combine melted butter and one cup of the cracker crumbs, set aside.
Saute onion and celery in butter until they are soft. Stir in the oyster
liquid, corn, pimientos, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Place
buttered cracker crumbs into a greased 10x6x2 inch baking dish. Arrange
oysters over crumbs. Spoon vegetable mixture on top. Cover with remaining half cup of cracker crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes or until golden brown.
