1 small head of cabbage
1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup rice (uncooked)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 10oz can tomato soup
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 3/4 cups water


Directions:
Directions:
Chop cabbage into medium size pieces. Spread in the bottom
of a 9x13 baking dish. Brown ground meat in a skillet breaking
up meat as it cooks. Add onion and cook until they are soft.
Drin off fat. Stir in rice, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture
over cabbage.

In a sauce pan heat soup, tomato sauce and water. Pour soup
mixture over the cabbage and meat in baking dish. Cover tightly
with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for
1 1/2 hours. When done remove from oven and remove the tin foil,
fluff lightly with a fork before serving.
