5 Tablespoons of roux
3 large onions, chopped
3 pounds pork steak
salt and pepper
1 bunch green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Add enough water to roux to make a thick gravy in a skillet, add onion and pork and season to taste. Simmer until tender, add green onions and serve over rice.
