1 lb hamburger
1 c corn meal
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs
1 c milk
1/4 c oil
2 c shredded cheese
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c peppers, chopped
salsa- optional
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat- drain. Set aside. Stir eggs, corn meal, corn, milk and oil together. Pour 1/2 batter in casserole pan. Top with hamburger, cheese and onion. Pour remaining batter on top. Bake at 350 º for 45-55 minutes.
