2 c steel cut oats
5 c water
1 c Apple juice
1/4 c dried cranberries
1/4 c golden raisins
1/4 c snipped dried apricots
1/4 c maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Brown sugar or maple syrup
Chopped walnuts
Milk

Directions:

1. Combine oats, water, Apple juice, cranberries, raisins, apricots, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6-6 hrs or high for 3-3.5 hrs.
3. Serve with brown sugar or maple syrup, and milk.
