3 lbs Chicken (breast, boneless thighs, or both) or Pork (shoulder)
¾ cup Ketchup (tomato sauce could work too)
¼ cup Orange Juice
¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
¼ cup Packed Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Mustard (condiment, dry could work too)
½ tsp Chili Powder
2 Cloves Garlic (minced, chopped, crushed, or powder)
2 Bay Leaves
3 tbsp Corn Starch
3 tbsp Water
½ Onion

Directions:
Directions:
1) Chop up onion to preferred size and place in slow cooker with meat and bay leaves.
2) Combine all other ingredients except water and corn starch in a bowl and mix together.
3) Pour sauce mixture over meat and onions in slow cooker.
4) Cook on low for 6-7 hours if meat is thawed, 8-9 if frozen. If pork is one large piece, thaw before cooking.
5) Turn off cooker, remove bay leaves, and shred meat in slow cooker with forks. It should be tender and pull apart easily.
6) Combine water and corn starch in a bowl and mix into meat and sauce in slow cooker. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving to allow sauce to thicken.
7) Serve warm on buns.
