1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 cup Quaker Oats
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat butter with sugars until creamy. Add eggs & vanilla; beat until fluffy. Combine flour, baking soda, & cinnamon; beat into creamed mixture. Stir in oats & raisins. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool 1 minute, then remove cookies to wire racks to completely cool.
Note: May make into bars by spreading evenly into 13x9x2" metal baking pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
