2 chicken breasts, skinned & cut into halves
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. each: paprika, salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1-2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Combine flour, salt, paprika, & pepper. Coat chicken pieces with flour mixture. Lightly grease a shallow baking pan with canola oil.
Lightly drizzle melted butter over chicken. Bake 25 minutes, or until chicken is tender & cooked through.
Note: may sub olive oil or cooking spray for melted butter
