drippings from roasting a turkey
1 cup dry white wine or vermouth
1 qt. low sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Place roasting pan with drippings over 2 burners on stove over medium -high heat. Add wine. Stir & scrape bottom of pan with a wooden spoon to loosen any browned bits on the bottom of the pan. Add chicken broth & bring to a boil. In a small bowl, whisk water & cornstarch together, then gradually stir into pan juices. Return to a boil; reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring gently until sauce thickens.
